By using DueAction you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

DueAction helps you organize deadlines, reminders and related documents. It does not determine or guarantee return, refund, warranty, cancellation or renewal eligibility. Always verify important dates and terms with the relevant provider. Notification delivery may be affected by device or Android settings.

What DueAction is

DueAction is a personal organiser. It helps you record deadlines for returns, refunds, trials, warranties, subscriptions and similar items, and it reminds you about them.

Reminders are a helpful aid, not a guarantee

Reminders depend on your phone. They can be late, silenced or missed if notifications are off, the battery is very low, quiet hours are on, the phone is switched off, or your phone's battery-saving features pause the app. Settings, Notification Settings has tips for getting reminders on time.

You remain responsible for knowing and meeting your own deadlines. Please double-check important dates with the store, provider or authority concerned.

Your information

The dates, amounts and other details you enter are your own, and you are responsible for their accuracy. DueAction does not check them against any store's policy, and the dates it shows are only as correct as what you entered.

Not professional advice

DueAction does not give legal, financial, tax or consumer-rights advice. What it shows is not a statement of your rights or of any store's policy.

Store and brand logos

DueAction may show a store or brand's logo next to an item, fetched automatically to help you recognize it. This does not mean that store or brand endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with DueAction, and all names and logos remain the property of their owners.

Backups and your password

You are responsible for keeping your own backups. A backup password cannot be reset or recovered by us. If you lose it, the backup cannot be opened. Data on your phone can also be lost if the phone is lost, damaged or reset, so we recommend making backups regularly.

Acceptable use

Please use DueAction lawfully and only for your own records. Do not try to copy, reverse-engineer or misuse the app, except where the law allows.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app useful and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will always work without errors or interruptions. We may change, add or remove features, and update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limits of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, DueAction and its makers are not responsible for missed deadlines, lost refunds, lost warranties, late or missing reminders, lost or corrupted data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
